Energy & Vitality. More than just tired. More than just coffee.

Doctor-led assessment for persistent fatigue, low energy and poor focus - looking beyond quick fixes to identify and treat underlying causes such as iron deficiency, thyroid dysfunction, vitamin gaps, sleep disruption, stress and metabolic factors.

FAQs

Common questions.

Will supplements actually help my fatigue?
If your fatigue is driven by a deficiency - iron, B12, vitamin D or thyroid - correction can make a meaningful difference within weeks. We'll test first, treat second.
How long until I feel better?
Iron repletion typically takes 8–12 weeks. B12 and vitamin D can feel noticeable sooner. Thyroid optimisation depends on the underlying cause.
Is this covered by medical aid?
We provide an itemised invoice with your doctor's practice number that most medical aids accept for out-of-hospital benefits.
